Service Terms
These terms describe the basic commercial and operational rules for using KYBN.
1. Service Scope
KYBN provides HR data check and prepare workflows, report generation, and related download and support workflows.
2. Plan Limits and Fair Use
Each plan includes usage quotas and feature limits. Excessive, abusive, or disruptive use may be throttled, limited, or blocked to protect service stability and other users.
3. Billing and Renewal
Paid plans renew automatically on each billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Displayed plan prices exclude applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the customer's billing location.
4. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility follows the current policy shown on the Product & Pricing page.
- Basic is non-refundable.
- If you upgrade from Basic to Standard within the same billing month, you pay only the price difference.
- Standard is eligible for a one-time refund on the first purchase if requested within 7 days.
- The launch price ($59) applies to the first 3 paid Standard billing cycles, including an eligible upgrade cycle. After that, the price changes to $89 per month, plus applicable tax.
- Refunded cycles do not reset launch pricing or refund eligibility.
5. Data Handling and Deletion Requests
Customer data is processed only as needed to provide the requested service functions.
Deletion requests may be submitted through support and are handled under documented retention controls. Operational and audit logs may be retained for up to 24 months for support traceability, security, and service integrity purposes.

6. Availability and Support Response
Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis. Support response times depend on ticket severity and current queue volume.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KYBN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
