Upload one fuller employee extract
Start with a fuller employee export instead of a date-filtered active list so the workflow can support snapshot and trend-based reporting from one source.
Choose the snapshot date inside KYBN
The snapshot date is the point-in-time view you want to report. KYBN uses mapped source fields to determine the active population for that date.
Run checks before you generate
Review mapping, missing values, duplicates, conflicts, and grouping signals before you create outputs.
Generate the report pack and support files
PPT is the default output. Snapshot summaries, run manifests, and issue exports are available when you need more review detail.
